Rolling Along

On the east side of the Moscow river, near the gigantic statue of Peter the Great, we were ISO the Park of the Fallen Idols when along came this guy on roller blades. We eventually found the park but it was closed. We weren't the only ones not to get the memo. Several locals showed up, including one with his toddler and her big wheels, only to find the gate chained shut.
